Lyon's bulk storage rack add-on with galvanized wire decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, and hospital medical supply storage. The rack includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each fully assembled with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for increased stability and slots that allow vertical adjustment of beams on 1-1/2-inch centers without dead spots to disrupt beam placement. Each pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are constructed from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity, resists tipping, and eliminates wasted space, featuring MIG welded beam clips and three studs on each end to engage upright slots. Beams install without tools and have a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. The rack includes galvanized flat wire decking to provide additional storage levels. The entire rack is finished with a durable dove gray powder coat paint that protects the shelving from everyday use.
