Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and suitable for various storage applications, including shipping and receiving departments, retail display, back stock, and hospital medical supplies. The steel storage rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing that is MIG welded for stability; each upright is fully assembled and ready to install. The uprights have slots allowing quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams with no dead spots, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The 14-gauge steel heavy-duty beams use a unique "Z" design to enhance strength and load capacity, resist tipping, and eliminate wasted space. Beam clips are MIG welded, and each beam end has three studs to engage the metal rack upright slots, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels with front-to-back supports can be added to the adjustable metal racks.
