Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish that protects against everyday use. The kit includes one fully welded upright made from 14-gauge steel, featuring tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability and slots that allow quick vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots, enabling beam placement along the entire height. When combined with a starter unit, a pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that enhances strength, load capacity, and resists tipping while eliminating wasted space. Beam clips are MIG welded and each beam end has three studs for engagement with the uprights' slots, with adjustments available at 1-1/2-inch vertical increments. Beams install without tools, allowing easy level spacing adjustments, and feature a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. Additional levels with front-to-back supports can be added for expanded storage options.
