Lyon's bulk storage rack add-on with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications, including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, and hospital medical supply storage. The heavy-duty steel rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish that protects the shelving from everyday use. The package includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel, which is pre-assembled and ready to install, featuring tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability. The upright slots allow quick vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots, and when combined with a starter unit, a pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength, load capacity, and resistance to tipping while eliminating wasted space. MIG welded beam clips add strength, with each beam end having three studs to engage upright slots, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers. Beams install without tools and include a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels can be created by adding more front-to-back supports to the adjustable metal storage rack. The product comes with a standard warranty provided by the manufacturer.
