Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for the hand-loading of intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display, back stock, and medical supplies storage in hospitals. The rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish to protect against everyday use. It includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability. The uprights have slots allowing quick vertical beam adjustments with no dead spots to disrupt beam placement, and each pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design to increase strength, load capacity, and resistance to tipping while minimizing wasted space. Each beam end has three studs that engage with the upright slots and are easily adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. Additional levels and front-to-back supports can be added to customize storage configurations. The storage rack is constructed with MIG welded beam clips for enhanced strength and stability.
