Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with front-to-back supports is designed for the hand-loading of intermediate weight bulky items and can be utilized in various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish that protects against daily wear. The add-on includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for enhanced stability, offering quick vertical adjustment of beams via slots without any dead spots, allowing optimal beam placement along the entire height. When used with a starter unit, a pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity while preventing tipping and wasted space. Beam ends have three studs to engage the upright slots, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools, and feature MIG welded beam clips and fold-in lock tabs to prevent accidental displacement. Additional levels with front-to-back supports can be added to expand storage options on the adjustable metal rack. The product comes fully assembled and ready to install.
