Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading of intermediate weight bulky items and suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display and back stock, and hospitals for holding medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish that protects the shelving from everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each assembled and ready to install, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability and slots that allow quick vertical adjustment of beams without "dead spots," supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The 14-gauge heavy-duty beams feature a unique "Z" design for increased strength, load capacity, and resistance to tipping, welded beam clips for added strength, and three studs on each end for engaging the upright slots with 1-1/2-inch vertical center adjustments. Beams can be installed without tools, and fold-in lock tabs prevent accidental displacement. Additional levels and front-to-back supports can be added to further customize storage options.
