Lyon's bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items, suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supplies storage. The heavy-duty steel rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday use. It includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each upright fully assembled and ready to install, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for stability and slots that allow quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams without any dead spots disrupting beam placement; one pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams, also made of 14-gauge steel, utilize a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and eliminating wasted space; MIG welded beam clips enhance strength, with each beam end featuring three studs to engage upright slots, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers and installable without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beam to prevent accidental displacement. The rack's design allows adding more levels with front-to-back supports to maximize storage options.
