Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications, including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The storage racks feature a durable dove gray powder coat finish that protects against everyday wear. The add-on includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel, featuring tubular bracing that is MIG welded for stability, with slots allowing quick vertical adjustment of beams along the entire height without dead spots. When paired with a starter unit, two uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are constructed from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that enhances strength, load capacity, and resists tipping while maximizing space. Beam ends include three studs engaging upright slots, with adjustments possible on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers; installation requires no tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels can be created by adding front-to-back supports for increased versatility.
