Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications, including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, and hospital medical supply storage. The heavy-duty steel rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray that protects the shelving from everyday use. The starter includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each pre-assembled and ready for installation, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for enhanced stability. The uprights have uninterrupted slots for quick vertical beam adjustment along the entire height with no dead spots, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per upright pair. The heavy-duty beams, also made of 14-gauge steel, feature a unique "Z" beam design to increase strength and load capacity while preventing tipping and maximizing space. The MIG welded beam clips add strength, with each beam end having three studs to engage upright slots, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools, and a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels with front-to-back supports can be added to these adjustable metal storage racks.
