Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with particle board decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display, back stock, and hospital medical supply storage. The steel storage rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray that protects against everyday use. The kit includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post, providing added stability and allowing quick vertical adjustment of beams without any dead spots on the post. One pair of these uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that enhances strength, load capacity, and resistance to tipping, featuring MIG welded beam clips and three studs on each end to securely engage the upright slots. Beams adjust on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers and install without tools; fold-in lock tabs prevent accidental displacement. Particle board decking adds further storage flexibility by allowing multiple levels to be created on the adjustable metal racks. The product complies with applicable industrial steel storage rack standards and comes with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
