Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with galvanized wire decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications, including shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display and back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The steel storage racks feature a durable powder coat finish available in dove gray to protect from everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing that is MIG welded to the post for added stability; the uprights come fully assembled and allow quick vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots, holding up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are constructed from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and eliminating wasted space. MIG welded beam clips provide additional strength, and each beam end has three studs to engage the upright slots, with adjustments possible on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers. Beams install without tools and include fold-in lock tabs to prevent accidental displacement. The galvanized flat wire decking adds more storage options when used to create additional levels on the adjustable metal storage racks.
