Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with galvanized wire decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The steel storage rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish that protects against everyday use. The add-on includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded for added stability and slots that allow quick vertical adjustment of beams without any dead spots, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also constructed from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and maximizing space efficiency. MIG welded beam clips and three studs at each end engage the upright slots, and beams adjust easily on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab prevents accidental displacement of the beams. The galvanized flat wire decking provides additional storage options and allows more levels to be added to the adjustable racks for enhanced functionality.
