Lyon's bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for a variety of storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display, back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish for protection against everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each upright is fully assembled with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability, and slots that allow quick vertical adjustment of beams without "dead spots," supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also constructed from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity, resists tipping, and maximizes space efficiency. Beams include MIG welded clips, have three studs on each end to engage with the upright slots, adjust on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers, and install without tools for easy level spacing adjustment. A fold-in lock tab prevents accidental displacement. The system is expandable by adding more levels with front-to-back supports to create additional storage options.
