Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail store displays, back stock, and hospital medical supply storage. The rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish to protect against everyday use. It includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability; the upright is fully assembled and ready to install with slots allowing quick and easy vertical beam adjustment along the entire post height without any "dead spots." One pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and eliminating wasted space. The MIG welded beam clips provide added strength, and each beam end has three studs to engage the upright slots; beams adjust vertically in 1-1/2-inch centers and install without tools. A fold-in lock tab prevents accidental displacement of beams. The rack includes ribbed decking to enhance storage options by adding more levels to the adjustable metal storage racks.
