Lyon's bulk storage rack starter with galvanized wire decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supplies. The rack features two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each upright fully assembled and ready for installation, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for stability and slots allowing quick vertical beam adjustment with no dead spots, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams, also made of 14-gauge steel, utilize a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping; the MIG welded clips add strength, with three studs at each end to engage uprights, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers and installed without tools, featuring a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. The kit includes galvanized flat wire decking to provide additional storage options by adding more levels to the adjustable metal storage racks. The entire assembly is finished with a durable dove gray powder coat paint that protects the shelving during everyday use. The storage rack system complies with applicable industrial storage regulations and is constructed to meet high standards of durability and safety.
