Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The heavy-duty steel rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday use. The add-on includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability, providing quick vertical adjustment of beams without any "dead spots" along the entire height of the post. In combination with a starter unit, a pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that enhances strength, load capacity, tip resistance, and space efficiency. Beam ends feature three studs to securely engage with upright slots, allowing adjustments on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without the need for tools. A fold-in lock tab ensures the beams stay engaged with the posts to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels with front-to-back supports can be added to further customize this adjustable metal storage rack.
