Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and suitable for various storage applications, including shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display or back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish to protect against everyday use. It includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel, which comes fully assembled and ready to install, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability. The uprights have slots for quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams with no "dead spots," allowing beam placement along the entire post height. When combined with a starter unit, a pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel and feature a unique "Z" beam design to increase strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and eliminating wasted space. Each beam end has three studs that engage with the upright slots, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers. Beams install without tools, allowing easy level spacing adjustments, and fold-in lock tabs engage with the post to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels with front-to-back supports can be added to this adjustable metal storage rack system. The product includes a limited warranty for quality and performance.
