Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with particle board decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and suitable for various storage applications such as shipping and receiving departments, retail display, back stock, and hospital medical supplies storage. The rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish that protects the shelving from everyday use. The kit includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability and slots that allow quick and easy vertical beam adjustment without dead spots, enabling optimal placement along the entire height; a pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also constructed from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity, resists tipping, and eliminates wasted space, each beam end having three studs that engage the upright slots, and beams adjust on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. The fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. The add-on can be enhanced with particle board decking for additional levels and storage options. The product complies with applicable standards and carries a warranty as specified by the manufacturer.
