Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with solid decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display and back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The steel storage racks feature a durable powder coat finish in dove gray, which protects the shelving from everyday use. The add-on includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel, featuring tubular bracing that is MIG welded to the post for increased stability. The upright slots enable quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams along the entire height without any "dead spots." When combined with a starter unit, a pair of bulk storage rack uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel and utilize a unique "Z" beam design that enhances strength, load capacity, and resistance to tipping while maximizing space. MIG welded beam clips provide additional strength, with each beam end having three studs to engage the upright slots, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers. Beams install without tools, allowing easy adjustment of level spacing, and include fold-in lock tabs to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels can be created by adding solid decking to the adjustable metal storage racks. The product includes a warranty for quality and durability.
