Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for a variety of storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The heavy-duty steel rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday wear. It includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded for added stability. The uprights have slots allowing quick vertical adjustment of beams with no dead spots, enabling beam placement along the entire post height. A pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that enhances strength, resists tipping, and minimizes wasted space. MIG welded beam clips and three studs per beam end engage with the upright slots, allowing adjustments on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab prevents accidental displacement. The ribbed decking adds additional storage levels and durability, making the racks highly adaptable for changing storage needs.
