Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with solid decking is designed for the hand-loading of intermediate weight bulky items and suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display, back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish that protects against everyday wear. It includes one fully welded upright constructed of 14-gauge steel, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for enhanced stability. The upright slots allow quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams along the entire height without any dead spots, and when combined with a starter unit, a pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design for increased strength and load capacity, tipping resistance, and space efficiency. Beam ends have three studs to engage with the upright slots, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers, and install without tools for easy level spacing changes. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels can be created by adding solid decking to the adjustable metal storage racks. The product complies with applicable safety standards and comes with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
