Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with solid decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supply storage. The rack features welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, with one fully welded upright included that comes fully assembled and ready to install. The uprights have tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability and slots that allow quick vertical adjustment of beams along the entire height without any dead spots. When combined with a starter unit, a pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel and incorporate a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength, load capacity, and resistance to tipping while maximizing space. MIG welded beam clips and three studs per beam end engage with the uprights’ slots for secure attachment. Beams adjust easily on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools, and a fold-in lock tab prevents accidental displacement. The solid decking adds additional storage levels and durability. The steel storage racks are finished with a durable powder coat in Dove Gray for protection against everyday use. Warranty terms apply as specified with the product.
