Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with galvanized wire decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving, retail display, back stock storage, and medical supply holding in hospitals. The steel storage racks feature a durable powder coat finish in dove gray, which protects against everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made from 14-gauge steel that come fully assembled and ready to install, with tubular bracing MIG welded for added stability. The uprights have slots that allow quick vertical beam adjustment without "dead spots," supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The 14-gauge heavy-duty beams feature a unique "Z" design to enhance strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and minimizing wasted space. Each beam end has three studs to engage upright slots, easily adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers and installed without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. The galvanized flat wire decking can be added to create additional levels and storage options on these adjustable metal storage racks.
