Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The steel storage rack features a durable Dove Gray powder coat finish to protect against everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for stability, providing quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams without any dead spots along the upright height. Each pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also constructed from 14-gauge steel with a unique “Z” beam design to increase strength, load capacity, resist tipping, and minimize space wastage. Beam clips are MIG welded and each beam end has three studs that engage with upright slots, allowing for adjustment in 1-1/2-inch vertical increments without tools. The fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. Ribbed decking can be added to create additional storage levels. The product complies with industry standards and includes a warranty covering manufacturing defects for a specified period.
