Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with galvanized wire decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in various storage applications such as shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish that protects the shelving from everyday use. The add-on includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, assembled and ready to install, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for stability. Upright slots allow quick vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots, providing full-height beam placement, and one pair can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength, load capacity, and resistance to tipping while eliminating wasted space. Beams include MIG welded clips and three studs per end to engage the upright slots, with easy tool-free installation and adjustment on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers. A fold-in lock tab secures beams to prevent accidental displacement, and additional storage levels can be created by adding more wire decking. The galvanized flat wire decking completes the storage solution for enhanced functionality and durability. The product comes with a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
