Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with galvanized wire decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, and hospital medical supplies storage. The heavy-duty rack features a durable Dove Gray powder coat finish to protect against everyday wear. It includes two fully welded 14-gauge steel uprights with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for enhanced stability, and slots that allow quick vertical adjustment of beams without any dead spots, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The 14-gauge steel heavy-duty beams have a unique "Z" beam design to increase strength, resist tipping, and eliminate wasted space, with MIG welded beam clips and three studs at each end to engage the uprights, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers, and installable without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. The galvanized flat wire decking adds an additional level for versatile storage configurations on the adjustable metal storage racks.
