Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray, protecting it from everyday use. It includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability. Upright slots allow quick, easy vertical beam adjustments without dead spots, accommodating beams along the entire post height, and a pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams, also 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design, provide increased strength, load capacity, and resistance to tipping while eliminating wasted space. MIG-welded beam clips and three studs on each beam end securely engage the uprights, with adjustments possible on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers. Beams install without tools and include fold-in lock tabs to prevent accidental displacement. Ribbed decking enhances storage options and allows multiple level configurations, making these adjustable metal storage racks versatile and durable for industrial use.
