Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with ribbed decking is designed for the hand-loading of intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supplies. The kit includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel, featuring tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability and slots that allow easy vertical beam adjustment without dead spots along the entire height. One pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that enhances strength, load capacity, and stability by resisting tipping while maximizing space. Beams have three studs on each end to engage with the upright slots and can be adjusted in 1-1/2-inch vertical increments without tools. A fold-in lock tab prevents accidental beam displacement. The rack includes ribbed decking to create additional storage levels, finished with a durable dove gray powder coat for protection against everyday use. The product complies with industry safety standards and comes with a warranty covering manufacturing defects for a specified period.
