Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray, providing protection against everyday wear. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each with tubular bracing MIG welded for added stability and slots enabling quick vertical adjustments of beams along the entire height with no dead spots. One pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams, also made of 14-gauge steel, utilize a unique "Z" beam design to increase strength and load capacity while preventing tipping and wasted space. The beams have MIG welded clips and three studs on each end for engagement with the uprights, allowing adjustment on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tool use. A fold-in lock tab prevents accidental displacement. Ribbed decking can be added to create additional storage levels on the adjustable metal racks. The product meets relevant safety certifications and standards and comes with a specific warranty covering defects and structural integrity for a defined period.
