Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with galvanized wire decking is designed for the hand-loading of intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, and hospital medical supply storage. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability, providing a pair that can hold up to 10,000 lbs. The uprights have slots allowing easy vertical adjustment of beams with no interruption in the post height, optimizing storage configurations. Heavy-duty beams made of 14-gauge steel feature a unique "Z" design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and maximizing space. The beams include MIG welded clips and three studs per end to engage the rack upright slots and can be adjusted in 1-1/2-inch vertical increments without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. The galvanized flat wire decking complements the beams to allow additional storage levels on the adjustable metal racks.
