Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with galvanized wire decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items, suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish to protect against everyday use. The add-on includes two fully welded 14-gauge steel uprights with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability, featuring slots for easy vertical adjustment of beams without any obstruction along the entire post height. Each pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The rack's heavy-duty 14-gauge steel beams utilize a "Z" beam design to enhance strength, load capacity, and resist tipping while eliminating wasted space. The beams include MIG welded clips, three studs per end to engage uprights’ slots, and allow adjustment on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools, with a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels can be created by adding wire decking. The galvanized flat wire decking complements the heavy-duty storage rack system. Warranty terms are included in the product details.
