Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with solid decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display and back stock, as well as hospitals for medical supplies. This industrial metal storage rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray for protection against everyday use. The kit includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing that is MIG welded to the post for enhanced stability, and the uprights have slots that allow quick vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots, enabling optimal beam placement along the full height of the post. When paired with a starter unit, a set of bulk storage rack uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are constructed from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength, load capacity, and resistance to tipping while maximizing space. Beam ends have three studs to engage the upright slots, and beams can be adjusted on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools, facilitating easy level spacing changes. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels can be created by adding solid decking to these adjustable metal storage racks. The product comes with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
