Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with solid decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supplies. The rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray that protects the shelving from everyday wear. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability. The uprights have slots allowing quick vertical adjustment of beams on 1-1/2-inch centers without dead spots, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength, load capacity, and resists tipping while eliminating wasted space; beams install without tools and feature MIG welded clips and fold-in lock tabs to prevent accidental displacement. Solid decking can be added to create more storage levels on these adjustable metal racks. The uprights and beams are designed for easy installation and flexibility to accommodate changing storage needs. The product comes with a warranty covering its structural integrity.
