Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable powder coat finish available in dove gray to protect the bulk rack shelving from everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability. The uprights have slots that allow quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also 14-gauge steel with a "Z" beam design that enhances strength, load capacity, resists tipping, and eliminates wasted space. Beam ends have three studs that engage with the uprights' slots and adjust on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers. These beams install without tools and feature a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. The kit includes galvanized flat wire decking for additional storage. The storage rack complies with industry standards for heavy-duty shelving and comes with a limited warranty covering years against defects in materials and workmanship.
