Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications, including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supply storage. The steel rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish to protect the shelving from everyday use. It includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel, with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability. The upright slots allow for quick vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots, enabling optimal placement along the entire height of the post, with a load capacity of up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are constructed from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and maximizing space. Beam clips are MIG welded for added strength, with three studs at each end engaging the upright slots, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers, and tool-free installation. A fold-in lock tab secures the beam to prevent accidental displacement. The ribbed decking adds further storage levels to the adjustable metal rack.
