Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with particle board decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display and back stock, as well as hospitals for medical supplies. The rack features a durable powder coat finish in Dove Gray that protects the shelving from everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each ready to install with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability. The uprights have slots that allow for quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams along the entire height with no dead spots, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and eliminating wasted space. The beams feature MIG welded clips and three studs at each end to engage the upright slots and can be adjusted on 1-1/2 inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab securely engages with the post to prevent accidental displacement. Additional levels can be added with particle board decking to increase storage options. The product includes warranty terms specific to Lyon's® storage rack systems.
