Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with solid decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving, retail display and back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The heavy-duty steel rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday wear. It includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each upright fully assembled and featuring tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for stability. The uprights have slots that allow for quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams on 1-1/2-inch centers without dead spots, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" design that enhances strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and avoiding wasted space. MIG welded beam clips add strength, and each beam end has three studs to engage the uprights. Beams install without tools, and fold-in lock tabs prevent accidental displacement. Solid decking options can be added to increase storage levels. The rack complies with applicable industry standards and comes with warranty terms as specified by the manufacturer.
