Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with galvanized wire decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each equipped with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability and featuring slots for quick and easy vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots, allowing optimal beam placement along the entire height; one pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity, improves resistance to tipping, and eliminates wasted space. The MIG welded beam clips and three stud ends engage with the upright slots on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers, allowing tool-free installation and easy level adjustment. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. The galvanized flat wire decking enhances storage flexibility by adding more levels to the adjustable metal racks. The rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray that protects against everyday use. The product includes a warranty that covers manufacturing defects and ensures reliable performance.
