Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with galvanized wire decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and medical supply storage. The rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray that protects against everyday use. It includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing that is MIG welded for stability, and slots along the entire height of the posts allow easy vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots. Each pair of uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel and feature a unique "Z" beam design to increase strength, resist tipping, and reduce wasted space. The beams have MIG welded clips and three studs per end to engage upright slots, allowing adjustments on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures beams to prevent accidental displacement. The galvanized flat wire decking adds additional storage options by allowing multiple levels to be added to the adjustable metal storage racks.
