Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with galvanized wire decking is designed for the hand-loading of intermediate weight bulky items and suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, and hospital supply storage. The heavy-duty steel rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray for protection against daily wear. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made from 14-gauge steel, each pre-assembled with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for enhanced stability. The uprights allow for quick vertical beam adjustment with no dead spots, enabling beam placement along the entire height. A single pair of these uprights supports up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also 14-gauge steel, featuring a unique "Z" design that improves strength, load capacity, and tipping resistance while maximizing space efficiency. Each beam end has three studs that engage with the uprights’ slots, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. Fold-in lock tabs secure the beams to prevent accidental displacement. The galvanized flat wire decking adds additional storage levels and flexibility to the adjustable metal storage racks. The product is backed by a warranty as specified by the manufacturer.
