Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable powder coat finish in Dove Gray for protection against everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each ready to install and featuring tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability. The uprights have slots allowing quick, easy vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots along the height, and one pair can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength, load capacity, resists tipping, and eliminates wasted space. The beams are equipped with MIG welded clips and three studs at each end for engagement with the upright slots, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers, and can be installed without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beam to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels with ribbed decking can be added to the adjustable metal storage racks for expanded capacity.
