Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading of intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail display and back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray that protects the shelving from everyday use. It includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each upright fully assembled and ready to install, with tubular bracing mig welded to the post for added stability. The uprights have slots that allow quick vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots, with a single pair capable of holding up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also constructed from 14-gauge steel in a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength, load capacity, resists tipping, and eliminates wasted space; the beams include MIG welded clips and three studs at each end to engage with the uprights, and can be adjusted on 1-1/2 inch vertical centers without tools, featuring a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. Additional levels with ribbed decking can be added to customize storage capacity. The rack complies with applicable safety certifications and standards and comes with a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
