Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supply storage. The rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish protecting the shelving from everyday use. It includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel with MIG-welded tubular bracing for added stability, allowing quick vertical adjustment of beams with no dead spots, and can support up to 10,000 lbs per pair of uprights. The heavy-duty beams are constructed from 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design to enhance strength, load capacity, and prevent tipping while eliminating wasted space. MIG-welded beam clips add strength, and three studs on each beam end engage the upright slots, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures beams to the posts, preventing accidental displacement. Additional storage levels can be added with ribbed decking to customize the adjustable metal storage racks. The system is built for durability and flexibility to accommodate changing storage needs and includes a warranty as specified by the manufacturer.
