Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with particle board decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supplies. The rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded 14-gauge steel uprights with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability. The uprights have slots for quick vertical beam adjustment without any dead spots, allowing beam placement along the entire height, and can support up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" design to enhance strength, load capacity, and tip resistance while maximizing space. Each beam end has three studs that engage with the upright slots and are adjustable in 1-1/2-inch vertical increments. Beams install without tools and feature a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. The package includes particle board decking, and additional levels can be added for expanded storage.
