Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in various storage applications, including shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display and back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel storage rack features a durable dove gray powder coat finish to protect against everyday use. The kit includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel, complete with tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability, and slots that allow quick vertical adjustment of beams without "dead spots," enabling optimal beam placement along the entire height. When combined with a starter unit, a pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel and feature a unique "Z" design that enhances strength, load capacity, and resists tipping while eliminating wasted space. Each beam end has three studs to engage the upright slots, with adjustable spacing on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers, and installs without tools for easy level spacing adjustments. A folded lock tab secures beams to the posts to prevent accidental displacement, and additional levels with front-to-back supports can be added for more storage options.
