Lyon's® bulk storage rack add-on with ribbed decking is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications in shipping, receiving, retail, and healthcare environments. The kit includes one fully welded upright made of 14-gauge steel, featuring tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability, with slots allowing quick vertical adjustment of beams along the entire post height without any dead spots. A pair of uprights can hold up to 10,000 lbs. The add-on comes with heavy-duty beams also made of 14-gauge steel, featuring a "Z" beam design that increases strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and saving space. MIG-welded beam clips enhance strength, and each beam end has three studs to engage the upright slots, adjustable in 1-1/2-inch vertical increments without tools. A fold-in lock tab prevents accidental beam displacement. Ribbed decking adds additional storage options by increasing surface area and durability. The rack is finished with a durable powder coat in dove gray to protect against everyday use and wear. All components comply with industrial steel storage specifications, dimensions, and finish quality standards. The product includes a warranty covering defects and workmanship under normal use conditions.
