Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and can be used in various storage settings, including shipping and receiving departments, retail locations for display and back stock, and hospitals for medical supplies. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each coming fully assembled and featuring tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for enhanced stability. The uprights have slots for quick vertical adjustment of beams without dead spots, allowing optimal placement along the entire height, and a pair of uprights can support up to 10,000 lbs. The heavy-duty beams, also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design, increase strength and load capacity while resisting tipping and eliminating wasted space, with beam clips MIG welded for added durability. Each beam end has three studs to engage with the upright slots, adjustable on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers, and install without tools for easy level spacing adjustment. Fold-in lock tabs secure the beams to prevent accidental displacement, while front-to-back supports enhance storage options by adding more levels. The bulk storage racks feature a durable dove gray powder coat finish that protects from everyday use.
