Lyon's® bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and hospital medical supplies. The heavy-duty steel rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday use. The kit includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel, each featuring tubular bracing MIG welded to the post for added stability and slots that allow quick vertical adjustment of beams without any "dead spots," holding up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" beam design that increases strength, load capacity, and resistance to tipping while eliminating wasted space. Beam ends have three studs to engage the uprights’ slots and can be adjusted on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools, with a fold-in lock tab to prevent accidental displacement. This adjustable storage system allows additional levels with front-to-back supports for greater storage versatility.
