Lyon's bulk storage rack starter with front-to-back supports is designed for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items and is suitable for various storage applications including shipping and receiving departments, retail displays, back stock, and medical supply storage in hospitals. The heavy-duty steel rack features a durable powder coat finish in dove gray to protect against everyday use. It includes two fully welded uprights made of 14-gauge steel with tubular bracing MIG welded to the posts for added stability. The uprights have slots for quick vertical adjustment of beams without any dead spots, allowing optimal placement along the entire height, and can support up to 10,000 lbs per pair. The heavy-duty beams are also made of 14-gauge steel with a unique "Z" design to increase strength, load capacity, resist tipping, and eliminate wasted space. The beams have MIG welded clips and three studs on each end that engage with the upright slots, allowing adjustment on 1-1/2-inch vertical centers without tools. A fold-in lock tab secures the beams to prevent accidental displacement. Additional storage levels can be created by adding more front-to-back supports to the adjustable metal storage racks. The kit comes fully assembled and ready to install, and Lyon provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
